Nearly 100 Brokers and Developers Gather in LakeElsinore for High-Energy Commercial Real Estate Broker Appreciation Breakfast

The City of Lake Elsinore’s Office of Economic Development hosted its annual Commercial Real Estate Broker Appreciation Breakfast on February 12, 2026, at Launch Pointe Recreation Destination and RV Park, welcoming nearly 100 commercial real estate brokers, developers, and industry professionals from across Southern California.

Presented in partnership with the Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Coldwell Banker Commercial SC, the event highlighted the City’s continued development momentum and expanding investment opportunities. The morning was marked by strong attendance, meaningful dialogue, and renewed confidence in Lake Elsinore’s economic trajectory. Attendees gathered to network, exchange market insights, and receive firsthand updates on major projects and economic trends shaping the region.

The program featured updated demographic data, nearly 80 active development projects spanning more than 14 specific plan areas, and more than $700 million in capital improvement investments strengthening infrastructure citywide. City leadership also outlined strategic priorities including job creation, targeted industry attraction, action sports development, manufacturing growth, healthcare expansion, Downtown revitalization efforts, and proactive commercial property task force initiatives.
A central theme throughout the morning was momentum, driven by strategic planning, strong public-private partnerships, and catalytic projects poised to further elevate the City’s economic landscape. The Dreamline project generated significant interest among attendees, reinforcing Lake Elsinore’s position as an emerging destination for commercial investment in Riverside County. Combined with updated demographic trends and regional land data, brokers left with actionable intelligence and a clear understanding of the opportunities ahead.

“The energy in the room reflected what we are seeing on the ground. Lake Elsinore is moving forward at full throttle,” said Gina Gonzalez, Director of Economic Development and Legislative Affairs. “Having nearly 100 brokers and developers engaged in meaningful dialogue about our City’s future speaks volumes about the strength of our market and the opportunities ahead.”

During the event, the City recognized professionals from Lee & Associates, Larry and Justin Null, as the 2025 Brokers of the Year. The longtime brokerage team has played a pivotal role in advancing light industrial and manufacturing development throughout Lake Elsinore, supporting quality job creation and long-term industry attraction.

Their contributions include projects such as Pennington, Fairway Business Park, Collier Avenue Business Center, Hunco Way, and Third Street developments. They have also facilitated major land assemblages along Baker, Pierce, Collier, Birch, Minthorn, and Riverside corridors, helping lay the groundwork for continued industrial and employment growth.

The Broker Appreciation Breakfast remains a cornerstone of Lake Elsinore’s economic development strategy, strengthening relationships with the commercial brokerage community and providing direct access to City leadership and development staff.

By bringing together decision-makers, developers, and industry professionals, the City reinforces its commitment to transparency, collaboration, and strategic growth.
As the program theme declared, “Dreams at Full Throttle,” the excitement surrounding Lake Elsinore’s trajectory was unmistakable. With major projects advancing and broker engagement remaining strong, the City’s economic momentum continues to accelerate.
