Lake Elsinore Economic Development Team Builds Momentum at ICSC Western
Lake Elsinore’s Economic Development team recently attended ICSC Western in San Diego, connecting with developers, retailers, brokers and other industry leaders to promote investment opportunities throughout the City. The event provided an opportunity to showcase Lake Elsinore’s available properties, development pipeline and vision for future growth while building relationships with businesses and investors looking to expand in Southern California.
This year, the team’s outreach was guided by the priorities expressed by the City Council and Lake Elsinore community—with a focus on attracting the types of restaurants, retail, entertainment, recreation and other commercial uses residents want to see in the City. Community input, including the City’s 2026 Restaurant & Retail Survey, helps inform business attraction strategies and conversations with prospective businesses. At ICSC Western, the team brought that local perspective directly to the marketplace, working to connect Lake Elsinore’s vision with developers and businesses that can help bring those desired uses to the community.
