Lake Elsinore recently participated in the ICSC Las Vegas conference, continuing the city’s efforts to attract new retail, dining and commercial investment as the community continues to grow.
City representatives spent the week meeting with retailers, restaurant operators, developers and brokers to share Lake Elsinore’s vision for future growth and highlight opportunities throughout the city. Conversations focused on bringing in businesses that will serve both current residents and the thousands of new families expected as housing development continues across the region.
Lake Elsinore’s strong population growth, expanding rooftops and location along the Interstate 15 corridor generated positive interest from several national and regional brands. City officials emphasized ongoing investment in infrastructure, new residential communities and commercial corridors that position Lake Elsinore for long-term economic growth.
